My profession and experiences:
My name is Fini Liu. I completed study in Melbourne university –Master of arts and culture management (Moving image specialization) four years ago.
During my university life in China, I was a professional Teakwondo athlete. In representation of my university, I participated in level one national athlete’s sports game and won 10 gold medals, 4 silver and 3 bronze. After graduation, I felt in love with American football, however my strict weight control from Teakwondo lead to frequent injury in this relatively violent sports game, so I decided to gym in order to prevent further injuries and also pursue sports performance. I gained from 58kg to 80kg. With these efforts, our football team acquired national championship in AFLC.
Teakwondo and American football have great impact in my Gymnasium career. I committed deeply in learning the knowledge and science behind each movement and fitness training. With these experience and knowledge, I am confident to devote them to those keen to learn and improve. We will start from small things such as designing your very own fitness schedule, diet, training routine to ultimately changing your lifestyle.
From 2016, I committed to RTO certified SAND GOANNA Fitness diploma. Gymnasium has already become part of my life, it has been formed as a habit and I hope with you, we can learn together to strive for the better self.
