Trent was referred to me by my husband whom was a friend of his who had previously had a meal/gym program formulated for him 19 years earlier and had some amazing regulars himself. I found the meal plan to be fantastic so many different options with portion sizes specific for my needs and to my amazement the food is actually delicious! I am now at my 6 month mark since then I've had two more reviews, much needed PT sessions to aid my gains and keep me motivated and am now on a carb cycling program to build lean muscle and tone further to achieve my ultimate goal. Throughout all of this Trent has been only a phone call away (I live interstate) and is more than happy to answer any questions, make appropriate changes to either plans and to motivate me to achieve my goals.
