FAQs

Yes, one on one is $55 and our mums group sessions are from $15-$30 depending on how often you train. You also get our Sample Pack for free when you join (there is a $167 joining fee, and the sample pack includes 1hr massage, 1hr nutrition consult, 1hr styling, and our entire Restore Your Core process with a workout video for each level).

We will give you a free session so that you can try us out for free! After that you can decide what membership suits you and your budget the best, and we will get you booked in!

All of our trainers are Level 3 Fitness Professionals, with varied tertiary qualifications. We have a trainer who is also a massage therapist, another who is also a nutrition coach, another who is a stylist, a pilates instructor, and a pre and post natal educator.

I was an Australian Sailing Team athlete with a back injury, i started working with the Team's physio to develop a program to prevent future team back injuries by screening and programming with the Youth Squad. After i left, i turned my attention to pelvic injury in post natal women, and the rest is history!

Recently I have been touring Australia with Burrell Education pre and post natal exercise prescription courses, bringing a deeper level of understanding to personal trainers who train women! I have just started our education company, and expect that we will be doing it for years to come! We also do an overseas adventure every year which is extremely rewarding. This year we are heading to Everest Base Camp with people who otherwise would not have the opportunity to attempt it - a woman with diabetes, a morbidly obese man, a woman who broke both legs!! We coach one foot after the other, and will help these ordinary people achieve wonderful and extraordinary things!

Ask for their Fitness Australia registration - FA makes sure they get their continuing education and insurance every 2 years. I would also want to make sure they had qualifications in my specific field (ie. women, back injury, etc)

they need to disclose everything about their physicality to their PT, and if they're not comfortable - find a new PT!! Things like leaking when you sneeze or exercise, back pain after specific exercises or sessions, or illness must be discussed and taken in to account when training.
