At your initial consultation, we take a complete history of your condition, carry out a thorough biomechanical, gait and stance assessment (included in the consultation), assess your footwear, refer for x-rays and ultrasound assessments (when required), give you an accurate diagnosis and list out a written short and long term treatment plan to ensure the quickest improvement in your condition.

I always enjoyed helping people from a young age and have played most sports over my life. This led me to completing a Health degree at University which involved working extensively in the Sports Medicine and Paediatrics fields.
