    Professional experience
    My aim is for clients to stop dieting, and to change the way they view food and eating. To achieve a healthy relationship with food, and still be able to eat their favourite treats. I will help you to make small sustainable changes which will dramatically improve and enrich your health and your life.I will be as gentle and compassionate as I would like for you to be with yourself, but I will also be tough when the need arises.
