As a full time live in nanny and student I struggle to find the motivation to workout, therefore I struggle to find/make time for it. Neil wrote me up an easy weekly workout that was different everyday of the week, yet 90% I can do in the comfort of my own home. I outright told him that motivation is a big factor for me and that I need someone to push me, he has taken the time to contact me every couple of days to check how I'm progressing and ask if I have any concerns. In my first week I stuck to only one of the workouts he gave me as I didn't know what most were and was too embarrassed to ask. When I eventually told him why I'd stuck to the one, instead of laughing at me he asked which I was unsure of then proceeded to not only show me how it's done, but also showed me different difficulty levels as I progress and also told me what part of my body they help tone. Neil has been incredibly helpful with my desire to get fit. He is open minded and completely non judgemental. I suffer from anxiety, depression, migraines and ptsd and can be very fragile at times. When I'm having a low period Neil has an approach that makes me keep going without making me feel like I'm a burden or weak. It has been incredibly beneficial for my health, helping lessen migraines and enjoy working out in general... one of many reasons I will continue my sessions with Neil as long as possible
