Merridy offers a proactive approach to disease prevention and health promotion. She will assess risk factors, support daily healthy habits and make appropriate interventions to prevent disease and help encourage the body’s inherent ability to heal itself. She places great emphasis on finding the cause (s) of imbalances & illness, and supports the individual so they can achieve better health. She has a number of weight loss programs which are fully customised to the individual.

I begin with a one-on-one discussion about their health concerns. We come up with a plan of action and prioritise aspects that require attention.
I hold an Advanced Diploma in Applied Science (Naturopathy) and have been consulting for 20 years.
I set up my clinic and have been consulting ever since.
Everyone from babies through to the elderly.
