About Down The Line Tennis - DTL Tennis

Professional experience
We are an inclusive coaching business, specialising in wheelchair tennis and intellectual disability tennis. We are working in the local community to provide more opportunities to try out tennis. We have programs for all ages and abilities. We offer a Free Trial Lesson to all new players in all our programs.

Our son was introduced to Green ball tennis with no previous tennis experience and started coaching and squad training with DTL Tennis-Ryan Russell. He has then progressed to yellow ball tennis and has advanced thru divisions both summer and winter while maintaining training and coaching from Ryan. Ryan’s knowledge and flexibility for coaching sessions is fantastic and without his support and ongoing coaching I am certain our son wouldn’t have experienced the success he has attained. Definitely recommend Ryan s coaching for up and coming players of all levels.

Coach Ryan has helped my son build confidence, learn to identify why the ball goes a different direction and work on solid skills to improve his fitness, positioning of hits and overall tennis game. He now plays in regular matches and loves tennis!
