We like to know people's history and goals before we get started with them. Without knowing where you have come from and where you're headed, we can't give you the best advice about how to get you there.
We have an owner-operator with a Bachelor of Physiotherapy who can provide advice, and all our personal trainers are fully qualified and have been evaluated by the owners to be the best for their jobs.
We want to help people extend their lives and improve quality of life. With a small investment in exercise, they can see dramatic improvements to their life as a whole. We want to help Christies Beach become a healthier, happier place!
We work with clients of all types. From disabled clients to high level athletes, those wanting to increase muscle, tone up or lose weight, we can help you.
We have lots of success stories from our 12 Week Challenge. Not just with weight loss during the challenge, but maintaining and continuing to achieve a healthy body weight well into the future.
One mother and son duo have done extraordinarily well, losing lots of centimetres, kilos and body fat percentage over a 6 week period during our 12 Week Challenge.
Get a complimentary session with your personal trainer first, to ensure that you have a good personality match. You should have someone who is interested in your training and injury history, as well as your future goals, and who corrects your form during training to ensure you don't get injured.
