With Reiki + Coaching my sessions are 90 mins duration. A single session is $144 I have packages whereby the more sessions you commit to your healing, the better the hourly rate. i.e. 10 sessions for $1000 AUD = $100 per 90 min session These packages include written reports sent to the client after each session with 'homework' / strategies to work on between sessions for lasting change and healing.

We are guided by the energy work and what my Spiritual Guidance Team and Angels pick up on (Reiki connection) as well as what my client expresses is the greatest need or want they desire help with. Each session either in-person or via distance on zoom will last 90 mins. It will include conversation, questions, energy healing. A report is written of the session to refer back to and will always include steps/guidance for the client to implement between our next meeting.

I have studied Personal Development and life coaching since 2013 with Prosperity of Life completing their Alchemy Training I am Certified to Usui Reiki Level 3 Master since July 2020 and have been practicing as a Reiki Healer since my Reiki Level 1 in 2018 being called to Distance Healing and completing my Reiki 2 in February 2019

Diagnosed with MS in December 2007, I have been on a journey to learn and heal my chronic illness. This led me to mindset, dietary and lifestyle changes then the energy healing work. It has allowed me to learn to understand the cues that trigger chronic dis-ease. I began to read many self help books, listen to podcasts, try things for myself, test ways of thinking and being in my own life. See the mind, body connection. After attending the Overcoming MS Retreat at the Gawler Institute in the Yarra Valley, VIC in November 2015 my journey with this took a huge turn to the natural holistic path. Then I noticed Medical Mediums work with chronic conditions. Then I connected the dots to Reiki and energy healing. I bring it all together. The Reiki energy and connection to Spirit / Creator / The Angels that are of the highest, purest light teach me daily to read the body, to hold space, to ask questions, to guide my clients to empowered healing. Allowing them to discover their power to heal their life, heal their body.

Most all have experienced chronic illness, anxiety, depression, health ailments. They come to me to ease the dis-ease and to gain clarity to continue to move forward in life.

A recent session went for close to 2 hours and had some most powerful moments of clearing ancestral emotions that left us with goose bumps and tears! Then, took us on a journey of revealing traits that were affecting the body allowing us to smooth out the aches and pains, release that which was causing dis-ease within the body. Ideally, I'd like to work with this client more regularly to continue to unravel and open them up to feeling lighter in body, mind, soul and spirit. This was a single session on a budget so we packed in as much as possible!

Trust your intuition. It is what I have done to find the people, the coaching, the training I needed. When the student is ready, the teacher appears. Also, make sure they do have the certifications in their field (i.e. Reiki) and belong to a reputable holistic institution. That they are genuine, authentic and you can feel comfortable with them as a healing journey can get uncomfortable and confronting at times. You want to feel safe.
