I have working with men, women, children and families around the world for over 10 years offering Parenting & Behaviour Consultations and Individual, Relationship & Family Counselling. I hold a non-judgemental and loving space for my clients to feel completely heard and safe to honestly express their innermost thoughts, feelings, fears and anxieties, their most deeply protected hurts and even their unconfirmed insights and brilliance- sometimes for the first time ever. I consider this a great privilege and honour. My sessions support you to understand and transcend your stresses, anxieties, challenges and unwanted behaviours, to embrace fresh perspectives about yourself, others and life and to change that which is not working for you either personally, professionally or within your relationships - to new ways that do. They support you to get off the merry-go-round of your struggles reconnect to your innermost truth and power and to reclaim your natural way of expressing and living and relating to others.
