*10% Discount for labour cost applies if the client agrees to pay by cash upon completion of works.
*First Time Clients may choose to recieve:
10% discount on labour cost for the first visit (up to 8 hours of work),
OR
20% discount on labour cost for second visit (up to 4 hours of work.)
After the 4th or 8th hour of discounted labour (depending on option chosen), Standard prices resumes for any work performed thereafter.
*10% discount on labour if the client: Possesses a valid pensioners card, is a senior citizen, has a disability which impedes ability to earn income, is a single parent, or if the client works in the Charity, Caring, Medical (vets included), or Education industries.
*Special discounts/deals may be granted depending on factors such as the clients financial circumstances, personality i.e. level of hospitality, respect and kindness, and general worthiness of "mates rate" treatment. (Often I'll donate an extra hour of my time, and some times more, for those who I feel deserve the extra help; and for those who are able to appreciate the gesture. In short: It's good to do good deeds for good people.)

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
*20% discount on labour costs granted every fourth visit to the same client (up to a maximum of 4 hours labour per use.)
*If a client provides a successful lead for a new client (i.e. a friend or business that is referred to our business and who chooses to hire our services) and if the referred job pays a minimum of $150.00 per visit, then a discount will be applied to all labour costs (up to 4 hours) for the original client who referred the work, for an amount of visits equal to the total visits gained by the referred lead e.g. If a clients lead hires us four times, each time providing payment of $150 or more for labour, then a 5% discount will apply to the original client for up to four visits. The discount holds for as many visits as the aforementioned conditions are satisfied.
A client may stack this 5% labour discount up to a limit of four times (totalling 20%) provided they have referred to us a corresponding number of new successful leads who each meets the aforementioned conditions.
NOTE: Different discounts may be granted if a client meets the required conditions. In this instance, the discounts may 'stack' upon each other (or be combined), however the maximum possible discounts that one may be granted is capped at 30% i.e. if a client satisfies all the conditions for numerous/all possible discounts, the overall discounting earned will not exceed 30% on an given visit.
