About Sue Connor Architect and Consultant
Professional experience
I have had my own Architectural Practice for over 31 years and therefore am able to offer a comprehensive design consultancy service in wellness solutions through the discipline of architecture. Educated at The University of NSW. Created own Architectural practice in 1991 aiming to specialise in ecological sustainable design. Philosophies and principles, I apply include: • Ecologically Sustainable Architectural Design. • Site appropriate Landscape solutions. • Passive House and Passive Solar Design. • Living Building Challenge • Biophilic Design • The WELL Building Standard • Modular/prefab components that minimize waste. • Locally sourced non-toxic materials, (including those that are recycled and recyclable). Ultimately our aim is to create buildings that promote healthy built environments that reduce impact on the earth’s resources and ecosystems. These design principles not only preserve and regenerate the surrounding environment, but also improve the health of occupants and reduce long-term operational costs.

I am available on an hourly rate basis for Consultancy - $*information hidden*hr. For Architectural Services usually a Lump Sum Percentage basis of the Cost of Works
Obtain a very thorough understanding of the individual Clients needs through an extensive Client Brief. (pending the requirements of the Consultancy) this may include Traditional architectural consultancy or Interior Alignment, (Instinctive Feng Shui), Sace Clearings and Blessings.

We have just completed fully documenting 2 Passive Houses in Country NSW that are now complete. Design, documentation and building Approval took 18 months
