Trent was referred to me by my husband whom was a friend of his who had previously had a meal/gym program formulated for him 19 years earlier and had some amazing regulars himself. I ended up booking in with Trent after my second baby as I wanted to lose some excess baby weight, but most importantly tone my legs, butt and overall physique. As years of going to the gym on my own plan had yeilded little results. After an initial thorough consultation on everything from what foods I was eating to what I ultimately wanted to achieve he went to work. Fast forward 3 months and I had achieved more than I thought was possible I had shed 6kg, dropped 8% fat and had a physique I could never have imagined would be acheivable. I found the meal plan to be fantastic so many different options with portion sizes specific for my needs and to my amazement the food is actually delicious! I am now at my 6 month mark since then I've had two more reviews, much needed PT sessions to aid my gains and keep me motivated and am now on a carb cycling program to build lean muscle and tone further to achieve my ultimate goal. Throughout all of this Trent has been only a phone call away (I live interstate) and is more than happy to answer any questions, make appropriate changes to either plans and to motivate me to achieve my goals. I have already referred two of my friends to Trent who are just commencing there fitness journeys as we speak but are already extremely impressed with the service provided!

This has lead me to get better and quicker results and going it alone. Shane has a great setup, with a private gym and separate cardio and changing areas. Because you are never waiting for equipment the workouts are intense and precise. You also get the advantage of choosing your own music to work out too, and Shane is fun to work with so there is often a laugh or two along the way.
