I have been coming to do a Stretch class with Carmel for nearly a year now and i have never felt better. I have done a few classes with other instructors and they just dont seem to do give the same stretch and care Carmel gives Carmel will take the time to make sure you are doing the proper stretch and if you have a problem area she will work around your problem. She makes us feel that we are all important and not just a number in a class. I have recommended my friends and can only speak highly of Carmel
