No matter what age one is, or one’s physical condition, we can all benefit from yoga. Vicki enjoys and teaches a range of Yoga techniques that include postures, movement, breath awareness, mindfulness, relaxation, concentration, and self-inquiry within a safe environment. The classes range from Hatha, to Vinyasa flows from Gentle to Power, and also specialised Chair Yoga classes. This allows each student to practise at a level and intensity that is safe and appropriate for their own body, whether on the mat or chair with a strong emphasis on safety, alignment and playfulness.
Practise in an environment which is free of ego, judgement, and at a level which is best for you - nurturing, restorative, energetic, or challenging oneself. Revisit the zest and zeal of one’s youth.
