I mentor introverts, authors, advocates to help them to step up and share their message with those who need to hear it. Trish is a multi award winning public speaking mentor coach, international bestselling author and radio host. I provide mentoring and coaching sessions, workshops for individuals, entrepreneurs, businesses, organisations and corporations. Trish is one of the most amazing trainers I have worked with. She truly cares about the people she is guiding. What I love the most about what Trish does is her work does not focus on being a flashy speaker but on tapping into the power within. She has a real talent for drawing that out. I love her passion for her craft and the way she works with authenticity and heart.

Trish helped me improve my confidence as I was a school captain and wasn't coping well each week with speaking in front of school assembly. I had 3 major speeches to deliver on graduation day and was getting anxiety attacks worrying about it, that's when I used Trish's services and she gave me many tips and ideas for training myself to view public speaking in a new light. I was so pleased with my speeches and am now in the Navy with a new found confidence.
