We have a fixed price service however if you know exactly what you want feel free to give us a call and we will attempt to price accordingly. We price match or beat other written quotes as well, just ask.

We start with a quick phone call to collect some preliminary information. We then often arrange an on-site visit to inspect the scope of work required. After discussion with the customer we provide the required solutions. Upon acceptance and signing of an invoice we can begin work either on the same day or at a time of the customer's convenience.

Our plumbers are qualified and licensed tradesmen with decades of experience and knowledge in the field.

We purchased a few vehicles and have simply worked our backsides off. 24 Hour Plumbing receives a lot of repeat business. Our guarantee is that you will never look for another plumber after using us.

We enjoy all of our projects. Our plumbers are extremely friendly, not rushed or behind schedule. We will stop and take our time discussing everything that's required with the customer and make sure they leave with an absolute understanding of what's occurred / occurring.

- Always get an invoice. Cash jobs are fraught with danger but mostly from the customer as they have no warranty. Your $90 (rather than $150) cash fix can end up costing many hundreds when you find out the plumber performed a quick fix and has no obligation to warrant the work as you have no proof of their attendance. - Cheap and Nasty is exactly that, most of the time. - Your husband is not a Plumber. We would say at least 30% of our calls come from wives after the husband has attempted an 'easy fix' and made it 5x worse. - Read your invoices carefully and ask questions if you are unsure. Many unscrupulous plumbers will word invoices in a way where their liability is limited and by law they only have to follow the invoice by the letter. If you have requested or confirmed something with the plumber that's not in writing, get it in writing before you sign it.
