We provide authentic Southern cookin' in the Coffs Coast region. We use fresh local ingredients, plastic free food packaging and we guarantee it'll be delicious. From 10-hour Ironbark smoked Carolina style Pulled Pork BBQ to Fried Chicken N' Waffles - our food will warm your soul. We have a variety of catering options availalble and can provide food for any food preference.

Thankyou to The Palmetto for catering our wedding day. Ed and Lindsay went above and beyond and exceeded our expectations. They provided amazingly delicious food and friendly, professional service. They were accomodating, flexible and we could not recommend them enough. Our friends and family are still raving about the food 2 months later! Thank you so much, we couldn’t be happier.
