We do liquid cooled/3 stage sharpening! Because the metal does not heat up (as when only done by old fashioned methods) the durability and quality of metal is maintained. This results in the edges of your newly sharpened knives lasting longer. Old fashioned methods often resulted in the sharpener coming back as often as once a month to resharpen knives! With our methods your knives will be super sharp and you won't need to have them sharpened so often. We only take enough metal off as is necessary. Don't let 'dry grinders' ruin the temper of the metal of your knives! New methods are FAR superior!

Howards communication skills are excellent. He set up an appointment, notified me when he was 30 minutes away and turned up on time. He has a tradesmans ute with an on board generator so he is able to carry out his work anywhere without external power. He did a great job restoring all of my almost blunt knives and chisels to 'like new' condition. Thanks Howard.

Jobs typically take 30 minutes to 3 or more hours.

Stay away from 'dry grinders' and hand held/electric grinders. Hand held/portable ones chew edges and the flakes hack up edges. People (often staff) tend to overuse electric grinders, knives wear down to nothing within a year or two. A pro such as myself takes off the minimum amount of metal.

Consider the method the sharpener uses. By liquid cooling while I sharpen knives, your edges will last longer. Feel free to watch and see the processes if you like!
