No, every project is priced up on it's merit. We believe every project is different and therefore the scope of work varies.

We like to get to know our clients and their projects so we offer a first up obligation free consultation, whether at our office or if it's a renovation then preferably on site.

There is nothing better than hands on experience and 25 years of experience speaks for itself. Our staff qualifications range from 'tafe' education through to university based.

Personally I started out as a Mechanical engineer but my passion was always architecture and design. After 5 years as an engineer an opportunity arose to get into this field and I took it with both hands. After working in the industry for architects my ambition was to venture into small business......hence the birth of TLC Designs (defunct) and then 'Aspex Building Designers'. The rest as they say is history but we are continually trying to grow, educate ourselves, improve and offer a high level of service to our client.

Our client base varies from the mums and dads who want to either renovate their existing homes or to have their dream house designed to builders and property developers in both the residential and commercial sectors. Our scope of work varies from residential to commercial through to dental, medical and educational.

There are numerous projects running and being worked on concurrently within the office and no two projects are the same. Time frames are very dependent on the type of project, the scope set by our clients, council assessment periods, availability of consultants etc.

My advice would be to email us or just pick of the phone for a chat after which point we can arrange the free no obligation consultation which we offer. You would be crazy not to at least take up this initial offer.

One really important thing clients need to understand is.....the limitation in respect to their budgets. More often than not our client's budgets don't align with their expectation of design and build-ability.
