1. Initial Conversation / Meeting 2. Obtaining Plans / Engineering etc from Client 3. Prepare a quote (*information hidden*week process) 4. Provide the client with a "Letter of Offer" (Quote) 5. If quote is accepted, prepare a contract and then proceed.
