Whether they require any council permits or permission. If they will need excavation and incorporate that into their budget. Time they may need to park elsewhere while their driveway is being completed. Access for concrete trucks, wheelbarrows or if a pump will be required to get concrete to a backyard? If living inner city or on a main road, will a concrete truck be able to block the street? Will you require traffic control? These are things often overlooked when deciding to carry out works.
