Our standard rate is $110 p/h including travel up to 30 minutes in each direction rom our base. We can also include additional travel time at a rate of $30 p/h for instances where the work is in a remote location.

We love meeting our new customers with a smile and handshake. From there we like to inspect the issue and confirm how long it has been taking place for. From there we will devise the best way to correct the issue, explain it clearly and let the customer make the decision rom there.

Our techs are all professionally trained to deal with customers as well as technical issues. We make a point out of hiring self-taught techs, they tend to be the quickest learners and pay the most attention.

Like us! If it breaks, take it apart. Be meticulousa, make a little mud map of where everything came from on a piece of paper. There are a lot of videos on YouTube and google to help you start.

We work with all types of clients including mum's and dad's, small business, large business, corporate and even some over-seas clients.

We have recently finished building a website for a disability support provider. smart-support.org This took approx 1 week.

Make sure on arrival they identify themselves, make sure they also have a website and at-least a facebook page. Read any reviews you can find and make a judgement call.

Make sure that you have as much information as possible for your tech. Email address', passwords etc. This can often save quite a lot of time and money for yourself.
