What's involved with an "End of lease clean"? We can provide, any or all of the following, Carpet cleaning, Window cleaning , General cleaning, Stove cleaning. During a clean we will also clean the kitchen benches, all the cupboards and window sills, the corners including Cornices, Skirtings, as well as cobwebs. We clean the showers, baths, vanity units, mirrors, and toilets, as well as the tile grout as far as is practical.

Can we make a week end appointment? Sometimes depending on how our bookings are, for the week end you have in mind. We may be able to offer an alternative.

Our power has been disconnected does this mean we can't get the carpets cleaned? No we have a generator to provide power on site if we need it.

How far ahead do I have to book? Generally the more notice you can give us the better, both for your peace of mind and for us to schedule your clean .

Do you give free quotes ? Yes but we need you to give us some basic information first, then we can give you a better quote based on the information.

How can we pay? We accept cash, or can send a 7 day invoice by prior arrangement before we start the work. We try to keep overheads down so don't offer credit card settlement at this time.

What information do you need to give a quote 1.Type of service requested, i.e carpet cleaning ,regular commercial cleaning , etc 2.Number of rooms, bathrooms, toilets 3. An idea of the number of hours you think it will take, if you have one. 4. If in doubt just ask us and we will help you through this stage.

What about public holidays. We work some but like every one need to recharge so its a case of ask and see if it can be done.
