I have my menus however if someone is working towards a budget I am always happy to try and work out a menu to that.

They normally have read my menus on my website and email with a suggested menu. We then customise it so it's perfect for their Occassion. Then I follow up 4 working days prior to the event.

My mother was French trained and trained me from the age of 5 to cook. Then I studied hotel management with a years focus on food and beverage including kitchen work.
