Professional experience
I am very passionate about food and have aove of cooking all foods and recipies. I am a semi qualified cook with qualifications from a full Cert 1 & 2 in Cookery and a 3/4 completion of Cert 3 in Commercial Cookery, giving me the skills to cook and serve in any style from alacarte to commercial quality foods, 1 to 1,000 +guests, I have also worked as an on call caterers assistant many times, assisting my manager in setting up the venue, food preparation, cooking, food service and cleaning of the kitchen or venue. I have my own cooking equipment and cooks uniform and have a licence and reliable car and am ready for an immediate start within the East Gippsland area.
