Club Toukley has engaged the services of Ross Seabrook from RWS Advisory since 2014 to undertake a range of strategic business and property development projects. Projects have included; a site capability assessment, new restaurant development research, master planning, hotel feasibility study, employee engagement research, cash flow budgeting and capital investment analysis. The quality of work undertaken is second to none, providing logical recommendations that have enhanced our current business, whilst also mapping a clear future direction for the Club. Ross’ is a dedicated professional and trusted advisor to our business, and I would recommend using RWS Advisory for any strategic planning, master planning, feasibility studies or new business development projects. Our experience working with Ross Seabrook in the areas of Financial modeling and strategic direction have been great to say the least. Our business operates in a highly regulated field and given a shrinking market share due to demographic changes in our local market place, our organisation was 'balancing on the precipice' so to speak. After Speaking with Ross Seabrook the picture became a whole lot clearer. Ross was able to understand our position and provide us with a financial road map to follow based on deriving the best from the business driving key revenue areas in correlation with areas of potential growth. This has been achieved by reviewing all business units and being critically honest with ourselves as managers. Thanks to Ross our previously non performing cost centers are now performing and higher than expected growth, resulting in increase profit through greater and improved revenue is being achieved.
