Yabbit has Australian sovereignty, which means its Australian, In Australian Cloud centres, owned by Australians and supported by Australians. It works on any device from any place where there is the internet. It is secure and encrypted and can cater to a small business or government department. Oh, and we think it’s cheaper than a Zoooom room. Yabbit is fun and handles everything. We support existing phone systems by Avaya, Alcatel, Panasonic, Samsung, LG, Nortel and also install new PBX systems. We have an entire local technical department and also a help desk. We have the ability to connect lines and VoIP SIP lines as well.. Have saved customers thousands of dollars in telco costs over many years. We have small and also enterprise customers and provide video conferencing, networking, and CLOUD products— Yabbit, Avaya and Panasonic “EXPERT“ Accreditations.

We have accreditations from Yabbit, Netsapiens, Avaya, Cisco, Panasonic, Samsung, Nortel, LG and other platforms. We have implemented and supported Contact and call centres for huge organisations.

It was still Telecom Australia when i first started in the business. I have been fascinated with the industry ever since. I have seen so many changes and thousands of scenarios and deployments.

We currently support more than 400 GP clinics and health care outlets, and then we go to Lawyers, concrete companies, white goods companies and retail chains. We do small business companies with one person and Gym chains with over 3000 staff. We are large enough to handle tens of thousands of connections and small enough to worry about it working all the time.

We deployed 5 GP Clinics in Mckay over 3 days, with more than 165 phones being changed. All people are trained and operational. We get it done efficiently and concisely.

Voice is not IT; having a specialist company that supports telephony allows you to lean on experience. Imagine giving the people supporting you ideas on how it may work. We can't imagine that, as we know, it doesn't work. Please don't leave your communications in the hands of IT unless they have been tried and tested.

What is the platform, and where is It from? Who owns the data, and is it kept in Australia under Australian law's privacy protection? How many phones have they deployed? Where is the Cloud system, and will it failover if it loses power or has a hardware failure? How quickly can the support happen? Are they local and can someone come to site? Do they use contractors or their staff. What are the SLA and Warranty when it stops working?
