Upon receiving the client brief, we prepare a fee proposal for the scope of works. We offer a fixed fee service rather than a percentage based fee structure.

Once engaged, we typically carry out a pre-design site inspection and measure to draft the existing house. We then move into the concept design phase where we prepare preliminary design sketches of the proposed design. From here we move into the design documentation phase, where the design is detailed in CAD and prepared for Development Application (if applicable). We also offer full interior design services, including the specification of fixtures & finishes.

Graduate of the University of New South Wales with a Bachelor of Interior Architecture (Honours). Proud Member of the Design Institute of Australia, Member of the Master Builders Association and Member of the Housing Industry Association.

Upon graduating, Dan has worked for a number of boutique Architecture and Design studios in Sydney.

Our clients range from homeowners seeking design services for alterations and additions to their existing home to the design and documentation of entirely new houses.

We recently completed designs for two new highly detailed luxury coastal homes. Our typical design services for a large residential project is 6-12 months.

We recommend that thought be given to the project budget, the expected timeframes for the project and the clients level of intended involvement throughout the design and subsequent construction process.
