I have been following Fiona's classes since late 2010; from a little studio tucked away just off Glenferrie Rd, to school hall, to Beattie Ave ever since.

I truly like her style of yoga and concern of everyone mental and physical condition, she always makes sure that after her class everyone is that little, looser, more relaxed and happier. True humanity at it's best!
For a little while I have lost the location of her classes but I am so very glad I found her location again, I am dealing with a great personal loss, her classes help me both physically and mentally.
