I joined fiona's yoga class over a year ago. Whilst I go to gym 4 and consider myself reasonably fit. Flexible I WAS NOT. but as each week / class goes by my body is remembering the poses from last week and the movements are getting better. I thank the universe for sending me fiona, so does my body and mind. The movements are VERY gentle, my breathing has improved. I leave the class feeling energetic , light and unbelievably peaceful.
