Often I get asked (esp after owners have tried other services or approaches) what makes my results different to most. I believe my holistic approach along with getting people to work with nature rather than against is the key basis. I look at the whole picture of what is happening rather than just one focus. For example; an aggressive dog. To me the aggression is the end result of a cause such as anxiety, insecurity, dominance etc. The cause will be triggered by a number of factors such as style of ownership, environment, and health just to name a few. Getting the owner to look at all these areas and make changes creates overall balance. Secondly, I don't believe in the quick fix mentality. It takes time for a behaviour to develop so there is never going be a quick fix; that's just setting yourself up for issues again down the track. Showing owners a format that is lifestyle based long term is key to a successful rehabilitation. My hands on holistic approach and support within the home and local environment are the key differences as to why I get results others may not.
