The areas of intervention of a property lawyer
The field of intervention of a lawyer in property law is quite vast. Most often, he deals with the management of tangible assets: works of art, cars, boats, furniture, but also intangible assets: company shares, stocks, businesses, perpetual or life annuities on the State or on individuals.
