I will introduce you to the Personality Types described by Carl Jung and Isabel Briggs-Myers. This is a model that millions of people all over the world have found very helpful for decades. In one session of 90 minutes I can help you understand yourself and other people to improve relationships and make better life decisions. Group sessions are usually 3 or more hours. This model is easy to understand and gives amazing insights into the differences between people at home and in the workplace. Sessions can be for individuals, couples, families or groups. Included in the first session is a short questionnaire, a detailed explanation of the personality theory, a book to keep and lots of discussions and opportunity to ask questions. We can use the personality theory to look at whatever aspect of your life or work you would like to focus on. Should you choose an additional session this can focus on any particular area of concern or a deeper understanding of the theory.
