I am passionate about mediation as a means of facilitating all sorts of disputes which arise in families and the workplace. Mediation works well to help participants understand each other’s points on view and give them the opportunity to feel heard. I have over 20 years of experience in mediation and am continually learning new skills eg conflict coaching and mediating with elder persons around issues that arise in families around older adults.
